  BRAND NEW 41” Heidelberg XL-105 6 color with Aqueous Coater

  The very best sheetfed printing press available today. This printing press is loaded with state of the art technology and shows off by printing an amazing 18,000 sheets per hour. At the rear of the press is a scanner that once you lock it in on color, the computer will keep your color consistent throughout the run. Obviously an ideal press for long runs but due to how efficient the plate hanging systems, color monitoring & prepress set-up this press is great for short run work too. Efficient: very short make ready times and saves paper. This press is excellent for signature work like magazines, Annual Reports, newsletters, calendars, portfolios, posters, placards and longer run direct mail pieces like brochures and inserts.

  40" SIX color Heidelberg SpeedMaster Perfector

  Our latest addition. This press is perfect for long run 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 color work. On this quality press we print magazines, books, newsletters, brochures and letterhead. This press can print 6 colors in line or 4 colors over 2 (perfecting). For example, with newsletters or books, we can perfect 2 color text (2/2) on most stock with the exception of glossy coated.
• 40" TWO color Heidelberg SpeedMaster Perfector

  This press is a great fit for running text on books and newsletters. Like our 6-color above, this press also has a perfecting unit on it. So it can either print 2 colors in line (2/0) or one color on both sides of the sheet simultaneously (1/1). Along with books and newsletters, we also print posters, brochures and letterhead on this quality press.

• 28" TWO color Komori Sprint Lithrone

  Another quality press that compliments the two Heidelberg's above. This is an excellent press for tight registration and difficult pieces like brochures, covers for books, letterhead and business cards. It lays down pure solids and holds screens exceptionally well.

  We have three of these. We print some fine work off of these small presses. We mostly print letterhead and envelopes on these presses. We will also print labels and business cards.
  *We only use metal plates for quality reasons. We will substitute with soy inks when requested. All of our presses are sheet-fed offset printing presses. We are an environment friendly company and welcome all opportunities to do our part.

Ink

We are one of the first printing companies to custom mix vegetable-based inks on-site, avoiding unnecessary waste. Soy inks are available.

The vegetable-based ink system by Earth Pride is an environmentally responsible ink system that was developed with the environmentally conscious printer in mind. Earth Pride UV Coatable inks contain bleed resistant pigments to meet the requirements of printing designed to be solvent laminated, UV coated, aqueous coated, or foil stamped. They have exceptional press stability and provide excellent scuff and rub resistance.
